For Yang-Mills connections in higher dimensions, the regularity and singularity theories are still quite open and provide interesting problems in gemoetric PDE. The understanding of tangent cone connections would be important in singularity theories. We proved a uniqueness theorem of tangent cones for Yang-Mills connections with isolated singuarities and constructed families of examples of Yang-Mills connections with given asymptotic tangent cones.
