Given a smooth scheme X in characteristic p, together with a lifting modulo p^2 we will construct a functor from a certain category of nilpotent D-modules on X to the category of O-modules on the cotangent bundle to X'. Then, using the above construction, we will prove a generalization of the Deligne-Illusie theorem, where the De Rham cohomology with trivial coefficients are replaced by those with coefficients in a nilpotent D-module.
