Title: $C_2$-equivariant stable homotopy from real motivic stable homotopy

In this talk, I will describe how the $\infty$-category of $p$-complete $C_2$-equivariant spectra embeds fully faithfully into cellular real motivic spectra via the right adjoint to $C_2$-Betti realization. `Decategorifying' this statement, I will then describe a procedure that computes $C_2$-equivariant stable homotopy groups given knowledge of related real motivic stable homotopy groups, which tend to be simpler algebraically. This is joint work with Mark Behrens and is based on the arXiv preprint 1908.08378.
