Abstract:

The three-dimensional Schrodinger equation with (real-valued) potential possesses a dispersive evolution bound provided two conditions are satisfied: An integrability condition regulating the singularities and decay of the potential, and a zero-energy condition on the associated Hamiltonian. In particular, almost any potential which decays faster than an inverse-square function is admissable.
