Consider the space of positive harmonic functions (PHF) in a slab $R^d\times (-1,1)$ and the subset of bounded functions. For Dirichlet b.c. PHF is generated by minimal elements and BHF is empty. For Neumann, BHF=PHF=constants. This talk concerns mixed boundary conditions, where we prescribe Dirichlet b.c. on one disjoint collection of intervals and Neumann b.c. on the complement.
