This problem started over the 2022-2023 Winter break.
The user gets a pop-up saying:
The current operation on 'Inbox' did not succeed, The mail server for account [your email address] responded: User is autheticated but not connected.
followed by:
Server [account name] has disconnected. The server may have gone down or there may be a network problem.
