Here you can find a (not complete) list of upcoming events, that I am (or have been made) aware of, in the areas of contact and symplectic topology and geometry, and low-dimensional topology.  It used to be a list of conferences of personal interest. However, it has proved itself to be useful to others in geometric topology, hence now has a variety of G/T events than it used to.

Feel free to reach out via email if you would like your events to be included in the list.

Another useful resource would be Geometry Topology World and Women in Geometry Topology World (administered by me since 2012 though pretty much self-operating lately). You are welcome to join these groups to stay up-to-date or make announcements of relevant events/jobs/news.
