What is it:
a three-day workshop dedicated to understanding the proof of Weibel's conjecture due to Kerz, Strunk, and Tamme.
The first day will be about background topics, including negative K-theory, pro-topologies, and cdh descent.
The second and third days will discuss Tamme's
paper on excision, the Kerz–Strunk paper on Weibel's conjecture in homotopy K-theory, and the Kerz–Strunk–Tamme proof.
Speakers:
chosen at least three weeks in advance from the participants.
Registration: please register here by 30 May 2018. If you would like to give a talk, please register by 9 May 2018.
